丙戊酸鈉或丙戊酸(English: Sodium Valproate )是一種抗癲癇藥。 此藥可單獨使用和作為附加療法用於失神性癲癇，部分性癲癇和全身性強直陣攣性癲癇。 它也可用於預防偏頭痛，並有助於躁鬱症的躁狂發作。
